Les pignons sont réalisés en aluminium avec une anodisation dure de 25 microns de profondeur. Avec ce traitement Malossi a maintenu une géométrie particulièrement légère de la pièce en garantissant sa grande résistance à l’usure. Le moyeu central est construit avec un acier allié particulier, non traité thermiquement pour ne pas trop augmenter sa dureté et donc éviter de créer des problèmes dans l’entraînement avec l’arbre de transmission moteur. Ils sont proposés dans les dentures z. : 24, 25, 27, 28, 29.
